Andy started his career with Blakeway Sheet Metal, learning industrial fabrication. He then continued his career at South City Sheet Metal by starting his apprenticeship and working towards getting his Journeyman card.
His partnership with his uncle Frank Brady in 1987 helped him expand his knowledge and skills by running Brady Air Conditioning, Inc together.
Andy’s entrepreneurial skills led him to purchase Brady Air Conditioning, Inc in 2003 from his uncle. From a young age, Andy Hillard involved his 2 sons, Jason & Kyle Hillard, in the inner workings of Brady Air. Whether it was tagging along to job sites, learning about HVAC systems, or sitting in on meetings, both Jason and Kyle absorbed invaluable lessons from their father. Andy Hillard instilled in them the values of hard work, integrity, and innovation-qualities that would later shape Jason’s
approach to running the business and Kyle’s approach to running the shop.
Following in his footsteps, Jason partnered with his dad in a new venture, starting a new company, Brady Air Service. Inc, continuing the legacy with the same professionalism, leadership and skills. In an encouraging fashion, Brady Air Conditioning, Inc transitioned the legacy, ethics, skills, employees and equipment to Brady Air Service, Inc making it a competent, trustworthy and reliable company, one which is powered by knowledgeable, talented, experienced and dedicated teams.
